Therapeutic Regression is a holistic approach to accessing healing energies and addressing physical, emotional, and energetic misalignment. These personalized sessions combine traditional hypnosis and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) regression to provide a relaxing, meditative experience while guiding you through a subconscious exploration of your life or past lives relevant to your specific goal for the session.

Structural Yoga Therapy is a personalized, therapeutic approach that adapts yoga to your unique structural, muscular, and injury related needs. In this one hour one on one you will work with Lori Barrett, RYT 200, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Yoga Specialist, on developing a yoga routine that is right for your body.
Who can benefit from one on one?
- Someone who is not comfortable in a larger class.
- Someone with a specific goal in mind - a targeted approach to a set of muscles, range of motion, discomfort in the body.
- Someone looking for a mind - body connection. A deeper awareness to the mind and body.
What to expect:
- A discussion on your goals - what do you want to accomplish with yoga. It could be mindfulness, a breathwork or meditation practice, a dis-ease in the body that you want to bring comfort to, improved strength and stability, increase in range of motion, a routine that suits your body.
- We will work through a movement practice that will help me develop a custom yoga protocol for you.
- You will receive a tailored program that will help you achieve your goals. This will be a 15 - 30 minute routine that is specific to your goals and body structure. We are limited to just an hour so this may be emailed to you if time does not allow for us to fully develop the program during that hour. Possibly a video to accompany the program designed for you - this will depend on goals set and if it is needed.
