Reiki 

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that supports relaxation and helps the body’s natural ability to restore balance. It works by channeling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to encourage a sense of calm and well-being.


During a 30–60 minute Reiki session, you’ll relax fully clothed on a warm, comfortable table. Your practitioner will place their hands lightly over different areas of your body, using gentle touch or hovering just above. Sensitive areas are always avoided. You may notice warmth, tingling, or a peaceful sense of release—or you might simply feel deeply relaxed. Every experience is unique, and all are perfectly normal.

Sound Healing

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help release tension, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation. The sounds and tones create a soothing environment that can feel like an “internal massage,” as gentle waves of sound move through your body.


During this session, a drum is used for grounding and chakra clearing, while Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body. As the bowls are gently played, their vibrations move through you—promoting deep relaxation, balance, and a sense of inner calm.
